CUSTOM PNEUMATIC SEALING
Inflatable seals expand on demand to bridge uneven clearances, then retract for fast opening, cleaning and product changeover.
One sealing principle. Built around your equipment.
The operating sequence
The seal remains protected inside its groove until the equipment reaches position. Regulated air then moves the profile into contact.
Keep the profile clear while a door, container or product moves.
Close or align the equipment before the seal receives air.
Expand in the designed direction until the mating surface is contacted.
Exhaust the air and confirm retraction before the next movement.
Product families
Profile, ring, valve and groove are developed as one sealing assembly. Final pressure and operating limits depend on the approved cross-section and application test.

Material review
Often reviewed for broad temperature flexibility and clean processing needs.
Often considered for water, steam, weather and selected cleaning environments.
Commonly evaluated where resistance to oils is relevant to the application.
Reviewed when chemical, temperature or service requirements go beyond common materials.
Compatibility and any regulatory requirement must be confirmed for the proposed compound and actual operating conditions.
